Decide before it gets expensive.

A senior verdict, in writing, on the decision that sets the next 3 months on fire if you get it wrong.

Interactive ASCII risk radar.

The quote is on the table. Is it any good?

A quote to sign

A vendor, an agency or a hire, and a number that feels high, or suspiciously low.

A build on autopilot

It has a budget and a start date. Nobody has asked whether it should be built at all.

A split room

Everyone on the team wants a different vendor, and each of them can argue for theirs.

Pick what you need.

Six ways in, on brand, product, AI or infrastructure.

ASCII drawing of each way to work with an advisor.

48 hours. One decision, one written verdict. Send the plan, the product, or the quote you're about to sign.

How it runs.

Days, not months, from your question to my verdict.

  1. Send

You send me the decision, on a call or in writing: the question, the context, and what happens if you get it wrong. Before I start, you know the price and the day the verdict lands.

    • A short call or an email, your pick
    • The plan, the product or the quote
    • When you have to decide by
  2. Dig

I dig into the code, the files, the numbers and the vendors themselves, not their pitch decks.

    • The code, the files and the numbers
    • The vendors, and what they left out
    • Design, AI and infrastructure in one pass
  3. Verdict

You get the verdict in writing: where the risk is, what to do first, and the reasoning, so the advice survives the meeting.

    • A second opinion in 48 hours
    • A deep read in about a week
    • Written to forward to your cofounder
  4. Next

If a build makes sense, you get a scoped next step, for me, your team or whoever you choose. If it doesn't, you get the no, with the reasons.

    • A scoped next step, if one is worth taking
    • No lock-in
    • Or keep me as your advisor, monthly

Start with a call.

In 20 minutes you'll know if I'm the right person, and if I'm not, who is.

  • You talk to me, never to a sales team
  • You know the price before any work starts
  • EU working hours, and US East mornings

Asked before buying judgment.

Something else? Ask it

How fast is it?
Between 48 hours (a second opinion) and about a week (a launch check or a deep read). If it needs a quarter, it's a build, not advice.
What can you give a verdict on?
Brand, product, design systems, AI and infrastructure: the plan, the build, the quote or the vendor. One person reads all of it, so you don't get 3 opinions that disagree.
Isn't advisory just a sales funnel for the build?
Sometimes the verdict is "don't build this," and that's the version worth paying for. The verdict is yours to take to any builder, including none.

The other two.

Most problems touch more than one, and the services run side by side.

    AI Systems
