The rules for using simbolik.ai and the Showroom (design.simbolik.ai), both run by simbolik, a one-person studio. Questions come to me at hello@simbolik.ai.

Torus (torus.simbolik.ai), my encyclopedia for the game X4: Foundations, has its own terms of use and privacy policy.
Who owns what
The words, pictures, and drawings on these sites are simbolik's. Client names and logos belong to their owners. X4: Foundations and the names in it, such as the Xenon H, belong to Egosoft. The pictures of that ship on the pages about Torus are simbolik's, but the ship in them is Egosoft's design. Ask before you reuse any of it. The design system, below, is the exception.
The design system is free
The code of the Simbolik Design System is under the MIT License (opens in a new tab), and its Figma file (opens in a new tab) under CC BY 4.0 (opens in a new tab). Both let you use them for anything, client work included. Each asks you to credit simbolik and pass the license on; the full texts come with the code and the file.
What I can't promise
The sites come as they are, with no warranty. As far as the law allows, simbolik isn't liable for any loss from using them. Links to other people's sites lead to pages I don't run and can't answer for.
Paid work
Nothing on these sites is an offer. Paid work starts only under a signed agreement, and that agreement's terms govern it.
The law
These terms are governed by the law of the EU member state where simbolik is based, including EU law.
