See what's in it

Your AI output looks like everyone else's.

I turn your brand into clear rules for your AI tools, and check everything they make. The work is on-brand before your team sees it, so nobody spends the week fixing it.

Worked with

AI made your team faster. Nobody taught it your taste.

Generic by default

Your team uses the same models as everyone else, so the output could belong to anyone.

Fixed by hand

AI gets the work about 70% of the way. Someone senior spends hours every week on the rest, so the time AI saved goes into fixing its work.

A deadline that won't move

The product is ready, but the site and the deck aren't. And the raise, the launch or the big customer is already on the calendar.

One system. Every AI tool follows it.

Sized to your company and your budget. A first build usually ships in 2-6 weeks.

  • I design a look only you have, or pin down the one you've got, so people recognize your work before they read a word.

  • Your design system, plus the rules, templates and examples, written so a machine can read them.

  • Scripts catch what's off-brand and review agents fix it, so your team only sees finished work.

  • Clear rules mean fewer retries, and a cheaper model can do the job.

The same card for everyone else, and a new layout each time inside your look.

Same brief, same model, different result.

Two AI agents got the same one-paragraph brief. Only one also had this site's rules and design system. Drag the line to compare.

The page the agent made on its own: a large serif headline with a yellow highlighter stroke, a warm glow in the corner, a blue rounded sign-up button, and three white cards with small tinted icon squares. The page the agent made with the system, on a dark page: a header with three links, a sign-in button and the theme switch, the headline "A week of meetings, on one page." over one red sign-up button, an ASCII drawing that gathers scattered characters and three meeting cards into a ring, and three features in one card across the foot.

Three ways to work together.

Take only what you need. Each service page shows how the work runs.

Not sure which one?

Tell me the problem. I'll tell you which one fits, or that none of them does.

Dear founder

“We use AI for most of it, but it always needs work.” If that sounds like your team, this letter is for you.

For 16 years I've judged whether design is any good, in brands, interfaces and print. I've also built the machines underneath, from servers to local models and agents.

So one person decides what good looks like for you, builds it into a system your AI tools follow, and checks their work against it.

At AMPECO, that turned one designer's queue into on-brand work the whole team makes itself. This site was built the same way, by an AI agent working inside my rules.

Book a call and bring one thing your AI made that someone had to fix. In 20 minutes you'll know whether I can help, or who can.

Yours,
Simon

P.S. If it's purely a backend problem, you need an AI developer, not me. I'll tell you that on the call.

Why not just hire an AI developer?
If nobody outside the company sees the output, do. Hire me when customers see it, because then the question is whether it's any good, and that takes a designer's judgment.
We already use Claude and ChatGPT. What are we paying you for?
The system around them. Your team has the same models I do. The difference is a system that knows your brand and components, scripts for the routine steps, and checks that catch whatever drifts.
Why not hire someone in-house?
For a full-time need, you probably should. Finding one senior person who covers design, tech and AI is the hard part. With me you can start with one project, and you keep everything when it ends.
Can one person really do all three?
At this scale, yes, and the alternative costs you coordination: 3 people and the meetings between them. You're reading a site built that way.
Can we start with something small?
Yes. Advisory is the smallest way in: a second opinion in 48 hours, or a deep read in about a week. If more is worth doing, you'll know what and why before you pay for it.
You're one person. What happens if you disappear?
Everything ships with docs, a runbook and owner access from day one. If you want me gone after the handoff, the handoff is designed for that.
What hours do you work?
I cover the whole EU working day, and US East mornings into early afternoon. Most of the work runs in writing, so nobody waits on a meeting.
How much?
It depends on your size and how complex the problem is. After the call you get a one-page proposal with the price, agreed before anything starts. Any service can also run monthly.
